Throughout the years, CHS Architects has designed several million square feet of successful and award winning projects within the U.S. and overseas, ranging from mixed use /retail and office/corporate to financial institutions, hospitality, religious and institutional. Our firm has the ability to integrate creative architectural, interior design, engineering and environmental knowledge with current construction techniques and materials for a functional, environmental friendly and successful project.

Great Architectural design and creating exciting and successful concepts is not the result of one person’s efforts. It is the result of many highly talented and qualified architects and designers who work as a team at CHS to create the successful end results for you. Each project is designed and engineered by a team of well experienced staff and professionals managed by a CHS principal.

In early 1984, CHS Architects, Inc. was established in Arlington, Texas, the heart of the Dallas and Fort Worth Region, to provide creative design and architectural services at local, national and international levels.

CHS Founder

Mojy Haddad, AIA - Mojy Haddad, President of CHS Architects, Inc. is a registered Architect in the State of Texas and several other states. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with Masters Degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning.
